At cntrldriip, every piece is handcrafted with care and made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom and Personalised orders and items on Sale are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. cntrldriip is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at cntrldriip@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
